About This Product

■Wide width and depth

With its wide cutting width and depth, even wide sizes can be processed at once.

■Double crank system

Due to the wide cutting width and depth, two rods and cranks on the left and right drive the blade. The double-pull cutting method handles heavy cutting at once. The latest computers can accurately and speedily control even complex cutting processes.

■Cutter drive is a new generation design

The blade drive uses Japan's only hydraulic clutch brake, achieving the highest power in its class.

■12.1-inch wide model LCD touch panel

The touch panel system allows you to easily perform various settings such as program input and parameter settings such as clamp pressure and back gauge speed.

■High-sensitivity touch keys

By adopting a proven mechanical touch key, we achieve a higher level of operability.

■Electric knife height adjustment

Adopts an electric type that adjusts the height of the left and right blades by rotating the motor. Adjustments can be made without tools.

■Hand-feed pulse handle

Manual feeding work can be easily performed when first positioning the actual item or adjusting printing misalignment during cutting in automatic mode.

■Kantouch 2

The holding plate has a built-in high-performance magnet, so it can be easily attached and detached with one touch.

■Type examination

The standard two-handed cutting switch has passed the type test based on the Industrial Safety and Health Act stipulated by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. In addition, we can install phototube safety devices that have passed type certification.

■Smart knife replacement

This is the first vehicle in Japan to be equipped with "Smart Change" as standard equipment. This not only improves safety, but also reduces the time required to change blades.

■The presser lifting mechanism is a new generation design.

Two compression coil springs are used to raise the presser foot, improving reliability.

■Overload detection device

Equipped as standard with an overload detection device for the cutting tool during cutting. If overload is detected, cutting will be stopped to prevent damage to the blade.

■Type examination
