■ Zero defects through reliable inspection
- Defective products can be reliably eliminated by conducting insulation tests (DC to 500V) and withstand voltage tests (AC to 1kV). (HV)
- All I/Os perform input/output and are inspected. Wiring for one output can be branched to up to 255 (127) circuits.
■Various inspections
・Repeat inspection by simply connecting the inspection item. {Bulk inspection}
- Inspect the loose wires on one side one by one using the included test leads. {Teaching test}
- When you touch the harness with the test lead, a number will be displayed on the LCD display. {pin number}
■Data management with SD card
・Harness data is saved on the SD card. You can easily manage and change names on your PC.
- Data search function allows you to quickly find harness data on the SD card.
・When the test is finished, the results are saved to the SD card. Useful for traceability management.
・Even a small capacity SD card can be used.
