About This Product
An advanced programmable twister equipped with a touch panel and compatible with a wide range of applications. The primary/secondary twisting function uses two motors, so there is no untwisting. Two types of new mechanism chucks are available.
■Features
・Equipped with touch panel *Can be used with the standard remote control
- Primary and secondary rotation speed, speed, forward/reverse rotation, twisting pitch, untwisting, and product name can be registered.
・By setting the rotation speed and speed, you can easily set coarse twist/tight twist, allowing for accurate twist pitch.
・Speed can be set separately for primary twisting and secondary twisting
・Twisting pitch can be set (total length can be controlled by calculation)
・4 chucks
・Supports up to φ6mm
・Two types of chucks with new mechanism are available.
・Japanese/English/Chinese 3 language display switching
・QR code reader and foot switch are available as options.
・AC100-240V Compatible with multiple power supplies
