About This Product
This is a next-generation strip crimper that can be equipped with existing JAM type applicators as is. (Also compatible with genuine apps as an option). The stripping length adjustment, which was a drawback of the conventional model, is now servo-controlled, so it can be adjusted using only numerical values from the touch-type LCD panel. Tip cut length adjustment, crimping position, and cutting depth are also numerically controlled.
Promote effective use of business space. Achieves efficient crimping work that saves space and can be done anywhere. Manufacturer's genuine blade type can be installed. Can be installed regardless of the type of blade. Also, setup changes can be made with just one touch.
■Easy to set processing conditions
The crimping position, cutting depth, strip length, half strip length, pullback amount, and end cut length of wires and terminals can be set with one touch using the servo system and LCD panel.
■You can switch between three functions.
You can easily choose between strip and crimp, strip only, and crimp only.
■100 channels of processing conditions can be registered
Channels with machining conditions set are registered, reducing setup time for the next machining.
■The lead-out length of the electric wire is short
Can process cabtire cables, etc. with short lead-out lengths.
■ Adoption of crimp sinking
Since the wire sinks during crimping, there will be less bending of the wire.
■Easy to replace applicator
Since it uses a one-touch base, applicators can be easily replaced.
J.A.M standard side fade/end feed applicators can be used (AS40, AS42, AE30). By attaching the conversion kit for other companies (optional), genuine applicators from other companies can also be installed.

・Equipped with Elmec crimping machine EIC-25 for easy height adjustment, low noise, low vibration, energy saving, and lightweight
- Strip functions (semi-strip, tip cut, offset pull (D grip)) can be easily set.
-Equipped with waterproof seal crimping function. Position the seal with the blade, strip it, and then crimp it.
・Equipped with stripping error detection (optional) function. Detects core wire breaks and strip crimping defects.
