About This Product

AWG#7 (10sq) ~AWG#28 (0.08sq) Captire cable/shield wire processing machine. By cutting the wire with a V-blade and stripping with a special abutting round blade tailored to the wire, no damage is caused to the inner wire. In addition, by using a belt feed method to feed the wire, it is possible to grip cables with uneven surfaces, such as those often found in cap tire cables and shielded wires, and achieve stable length measurements. Belt feed opening/closing operations using air control can be performed with a single touch using a switch on the operation panel.

■Tip strip unit can be moved

By changing the position of the tip strip unit to be closer to the tip belt feed section, processing accuracy for wire rods whose coating tends to stretch can be improved.
