About This Product

A bundle of electric wires, multicore cables, and vinyl tubes is taken out from the outside and fed to the length measuring and cutting machine. Solved the problem of the outside type where electric wires and tubes often got tangled with the conventional inside type. By adjusting the drawing speed at the top and bottom of the drawer arm, we provide the appropriate tension and are able to draw out the drawer smoothly.

In addition, there is a feed-out roller that pulls out the wires and tubes to prevent the length measurement from going out of order, and a built-in brake mechanism to prevent the wires placed on the disc-shaped tray from going around too much. It can be used to loosen and unwind stuck electric wires, vinyl tubes, etc.

■Features- Can be automatically pulled out and fed without getting bundled wires/vinyl tubes tangled.
・Automatically adjust the speed steplessly according to the speed of the processing machine
・Supports bundle outer diameter up to φ580mm (up to 800mm by special order)
・Built-in brake mechanism
・Using a DC motor significantly improves power at low speeds
・Rotation direction can be changed to left or right
・Available for light loads by installing an optional continuous pulley (can also be used for materials that stretch easily)
・Emergency stop signal output possible
・Optionally, sensor with or without material can be installed
