Cable processing using laser. A laser jacket cutter that can cut uniform films with easy operation.
■Do not damage metal wires
Conventional mechanical strippers that use blades can sometimes damage the shielded wires and core wires directly under the coating. Since the CO2 laser can selectively cut only the resin layer, it will not damage the shield wire or core wire.
■Non-contact processing regardless of the shape of the workpiece
The following wires, which are difficult to cut with a knife, can be cut without any problem. Since it is non-contact processing, the cross-sectional shape of the workpiece does not matter.
■No change in machining accuracy due to parts wear
Unlike blades, there is almost no effect on machining accuracy due to wear of parts, so it is possible to maintain a constant machining accuracy for a long period of time. *Optical parts such as lenses and mirrors may need to be replaced depending on maintenance conditions.
■No need to invert the workpiece
With simple devices such as laser markers, the laser irradiates from one direction, so it is necessary to turn the workpiece over, causing a problem of misalignment of the cutting position on the circumference. This machine is designed to irradiate the workpiece with the laser from both the top and bottom directions using optical system control, so there is no problem with positional deviation.

■Easy maintenance
Processing using lasers has problems such as a decrease in output due to the combustion smoke of the coating resin adhering to lenses, mirrors, etc. This machine is designed to prevent smoke from entering the machine by installing a special window near the processing position that allows the laser to pass through, and by maintaining positive pressure inside the machine.
If you keep this window and fan filter diligently cleaned during your daily work, you will be able to use the device for a long time without having to replace consumable parts.
