About This Product
Firmly grip the upper and lower belts. You can accurately and reliably measure and cut a variety of workpieces. The digital cutter belt type is different from previous belt types.
■Features
・Ideal for cutting materials for which the roller type could not achieve accuracy, materials with uneven surfaces, and materials that are slippery.
- Easy to set and replace when replenishing materials. The upper belt section is easily lifted, making it very easy to load and unload materials.
-Uses an automatic floating mechanism.The upper belt moves up and down in response to changes in material thickness, so the material is not crushed more than necessary. If the material is thin, it is also possible to fix the upper belt part.
・With belt gap adjustment function. Comes with a scale for reproducibility.
・Transfer speed is MAX800mm/sec
・Transfer resolution is 0.05mm (setting unit is 0.1mm), improving repeat cutting accuracy
・With feed length (cutting length) correction function
・Touch panel display can be switched between Japanese and English
・Equipped with lot counter function
- SD card compatible touch panel supports up to 640 memories *Customer must prepare SD card.
・With external input/output signals
・Can be linked with various feeding devices (Z feed stand)
