About This Product

Equipped with twin cylinders to strip extra thick cables. Compatible with extra thick cable of 325sq.

■Features

・Special specification for thick cables. Small diameter cables can also be stripped like other series. ・TURBO-II is equipped with a large twin cylinder and is compatible with extra-thick cables up to 325sq. Touch sensor specifications are also available as an option. ・Stable operation with air drive and electrical control ・The guide pipe ensures that the cable is inserted into the center of the blade, allowing for reliable stripping work. - Cam-type chucking device compatible with various materials and diameter widths. Securely holds the coating without damaging it ・Semi-strip length can be adjusted quickly ・Semi-strip method using sensor detection does not apply load to the cylinder - Stripping of deformed cables is possible by using a cable guard. ・Full cover with interlock mechanism allows for safer work ・Equipped with a scrap removal reversing device that automatically discharges strip scraps as standard. Also, it comes with a scrap removal box, so peeled scraps won't scatter. As an option, you can also select a butt-type stopper that is ideal for short strips. ・With a V-shaped angle for long semi-strips, it also supports strip lengths longer than a full stroke. ・With counter convenient for work management ・Reduce work load with electric foot switch ・Since the blades are equipped with φ0.5 size difference on both sides, one blade can handle delicate wire sizes. ・Blade replacement is one-touch detachable and does not require tools.
