This mold allows you to easily and neatly make R notches and C notches (R cuts and C cuts) at corners. A wide variety of R notches and C notches can be processed with one machine. We have achieved a reduction in processing time through press processing.
■Product features
・R notch on corner: R2 R3 R4 R5 R6 R8 R10 R15
・C cutout of corner: C1 to C15
・To install, simply place it on the press and press with the same stroke.
・Select punch by simply rotating the turret
・You can easily change two types of clearance.
・With dregs removal mechanism
