Bionics' blood flow authentication uses a high-performance compact camera to photograph blood vessels in the finger using near-infrared LEDs (light emitting diodes), and extracts clear blood vessel images using unique image processing technology. This method uses Bionics' proprietary algorithm to strictly identify and authenticate individuals.
Unlike fingerprints and irises, which are on the outside of the body, it is internal information, so it cannot be easily stolen by others, and unlike card-type or conventional keys, there is a risk of forgery, duplication, loss, leakage, etc. This is the least sensitive authentication method.
