About This Product

■Reactive diluent for UV curing resin

It has high dilutability and adhesion to base materials (PET, PMMA, PC, metal, glass, etc.), making it ideal as a “reactive diluent for solvent-free or water-based UV curing resins.” Additionally, it has a relatively high Tg (77~145°C), making it suitable for applications that require heat resistance.

■Adhesives and adhesives for optical films

It can be expected to improve the adhesion of adhesives and adhesives in optical films. Additionally, nonionic monomers can be expected to be effective in inhibiting corrosion of metal substrates.

■Inkjet ink

It is a highly UV-curable material, has a wide range of ink viscosity adjustment, and exhibits excellent pigment dispersibility, making it ideal as a raw material for "UV inkjet ink."

■Low viscosity nonionic monomer

・Although ACMO® is a monofunctional monomer, it has low skin irritation (P.I.I=0.5), low vapor pressure, and almost no irritating odor. ・Since "ACMO®" is a low viscosity, highly curable monomer, it can be used as a reactive diluent for UV curable resins. ・The polymer of "ACMO®" has excellent heat resistance and flexibility. ・The monomer of "ACMO®" is compatible with everything from water to benzene, but the polymer is poorly soluble in all solvents.

■Applications

・Reactive diluent for UV curing resin ・Various coating agents ・Polymer for oil field ・Inkjet related
