About This Product

■Features

VHB acrylic foam tape is a new concept bonding material that has an acrylic adhesive with excellent weather and chemical resistance on both sides of a flexible and strong acrylic foam base material obtained using special technology. It exhibits strong adhesive strength for joining various industrial materials, and at the same time provides numerous added values. 1. Follows the deformation of the joint and leaves no residual stress. 2. It has high peel strength to absorb repulsive force. 3. Room temperature pressure sensitive adhesive type. 4. Surface bonding prevents stress concentration. 5. Has high sealing properties. 6. Has excellent weather resistance and can be used outdoors. 7. Excellent vibration absorption. 8. We can process it into any shape and tape width, so please contact us.

■How to use

1. Remove oil, moisture, dust, and dirt from the surface of the material to which the tape will be attached (adherent). 2. In order to bring out the tape's original performance, please apply sufficient pressure and curing. The recommended bonding load is to use a jig such as a press or roller to apply a pressure of 50N (approximately 5kgf) or more per 1cm2 of tape. The recommended curing period is at least 72 hours at room temperature. 3. Adhesion at low temperatures may not develop sufficient adhesive strength, so we recommend working in an environment of 15℃ or higher. Also, when bringing cold products and adherends indoors during winter work, be careful of condensation. 4. For adherends that are difficult to adhere to, it may be possible to improve adhesion with a special primer, so please consult us. 5. Please store indoors away from direct sunlight. Although this product is constructed from highly durable materials, please avoid storing it in high temperature and high humidity environments as much as possible. Recommended storage environment is temperature below 30℃ and humidity below 70%.
