About This Product

■Characteristics of photocatalyst

There are two main characteristics. The photocatalyst-coated surface uses light as an energy source to decompose harmful substances such as bacteria, germs, mold, viruses, chemicals that cause sick house syndrome, bad odors, and tar stains that approach while floating in the air. It becomes harmless due to ① oxidative decomposition ability and ② hydrophilicity due to its high affinity with water. Its true identity is "titanium dioxide." When titanium dioxide is exposed to the ``power of everyday light emitted from sunlight and indoor lighting,'' a powerful decomposition power is generated on its surface. In addition, the coating agent "PALCCOAT" used in our products is safe and harmless to humans and animals. The coated titanium dioxide itself does not change semi-permanently, so it is a mysterious substance that maintains this effect repeatedly as long as it is exposed to light.

It also reacts strongly to indoor light (visible light), and has the effect of sterilization, deodorization, and air purification. It is used not only indoors but also as a top coat for exterior walls that are difficult to get sunlight.
