About This Product

■Summary

R5480 is an overcharge protection IC for Li-ion/Li-polymer secondary batteries. It is possible to detect overcharging, overdischarging, discharging overcurrent, and charging overcurrent of 1 cell Li-ion/Li polymer battery. Highly accurate overcurrent detection is achieved using an external resistor on the RSENSE pin. The current consumption after over-discharge detection is suppressed as much as possible by stopping the internal circuit.
