About This Product

■Summary

R5471 is an overcharge, overdischarge, and overcurrent protection IC for Li-ion/Li-polymer secondary batteries using a high-voltage CMOS process. It is possible to detect overcharging, overdischarging, discharging overcurrent, and charging overcurrent of 1 cell Li-ion/Li polymer battery. The internal structure consists of four voltage detectors, a short circuit detection circuit, a reference voltage source, an oscillation circuit, a counter circuit, a delay circuit, and a logic circuit.
