About This Product

■Summary

NB7142 is a 1-cell Li-ion/Li-polymer secondary battery protection IC that can detect overcharge, overdischarge, and charge/discharge overcurrent. Charge/discharge overcurrent detection is possible over a wide range. Since the standby current is low, long-term operation is possible even when using small capacity batteries. FET sense type highly accurate overcurrent detection and short circuit detection improves the safety of secondary batteries.
