About This Product

■Summary The NB7120ZA is a 1-cell Li-ion/Li-polymer secondary battery protection IC that enables highly accurate overcharge, overdischarge, and charge/discharge overcurrent detection using an external high-side FET and sense resistor, and has a temperature protection function. We are prepared. The NB7120ZA also has a built-in short circuit protection circuit to prevent large short circuit currents from external sources. Temperature detection is also possible by connecting a thermistor.
