■Summary
NJU9102/A is a digital earth leakage detection IC for earth leakage circuit breakers. The analog signal obtained from the ZCT (zero-phase current transformer) is converted into digital data by the built-in ADC, and data processing is performed based on the earth leakage detection conditions based on the set trip level. As a result of data processing, if it is determined that there is an earth leakage, a one-shot pulse is output to the SCRT terminal and the externally connected thyristor is turned on.
