■Summary
NA2100 is a small voltage frequency converter manufactured using CMOS process. Operates from a single power supply up to 5.25V. The NA2100 has a built-in 2.5V bandgap reference voltage, but an external reference voltage can also be used. This external reference supply range extends to VDD. The full-scale output frequency is synchronous to the clock signal on the CLKIN pin. This clock can be generated by an external oscillator or input from a clock source.
The maximum input frequency of NA2100 is 1MHz. For analog input signals varying from 0V to VREF, the output frequency varies from 10% to 90% of fCLKIN.
