・The Torque Checker Nutrunner is a nutrunner that combines a stall nutrunner and a torque detector, and can perform torque checks at the same time as tightening work.
・The torque detection mechanism was developed by Giken Kogyo Co., Ltd., and its characteristics can be used to perform highly reliable torque checks. Torque detection accuracy has a high probability of ±5%, and signal confirmation for guaranteed tightening can be obtained.
・The torque detection mechanism is activated and by checking the signal from the limit switch, interlocks can be established in multiple directions such as insufficient torque, bolt thread breakage, etc.
・Since the nut runner is fixedly mounted, it is not affected by the inertia of the nut runner itself and has superior torque accuracy compared to the reaction force method.
・Since it is a small and lightweight integrated type, it can be easily installed. Also, narrow pitch can be easily set.
