■Summary
"GKL" is a current sensor-controlled nutrunner system that can tighten various types of fasteners using current sensor control.
■ANZM (R) Nutrunner
- Torque sensor is not equipped as it is for current sensor control.
・The rotation speed can be set arbitrarily from low rotation to high rotation.
・A wide variety of models are available with a wide torque range from low torque to high torque.
・The lineup is lower cost than torque sensor control.
- Suitable for loosening process equipment.
■Interface unit (series common)
・Interface unit is a communication device with external units such as sequencer, display, setting PC, printer, etc.
・The GKL system allows you to check information related to tightening control, such as setting data and tightening results, by connecting a computer to the IF unit.
- Compatible with various communications via ANYBUS.
・The interface unit has communication functions for single-axis and multi-axis controllers from 1 axis to 30 axes, and one unit is installed in each set. (Two units are required if there are 31 or more axes.)
- By connecting a dedicated printer, you can check tightening result data without connecting to a computer.
■Controller unit
・Tightening torque system (3σ/X) Target torque ±10&～±12%
- Stall control suitable for torque retention and soft body tightening is possible.
・For high reliability, the current sensor and reduction unit are checked before starting each tightening.
- Rotation speed and torque control can be set in a program to easily perform a variety of tightening patterns.
・There are two ways to set the tightening program: the setting PC or the controller front panel.
*GKL does not have a function to determine angle from snag torque.
