■ANZM (R) Nutrunner
- Equipped with a torque sensor to enable highly accurate tightening.
・We have a wide variety of nutrunners that meet customer needs.
・The rotation speed can be set arbitrarily from low rotation to high rotation.
・A wide variety of models with a wide torque range from low torque to high torque are available.
・Improved torque sensor noise resistance and achieved high reliability of torque accuracy.
・The amplifier case of the torque sensor has been made smaller and can be tightened at narrower pitches.
■Interface unit (series common)
・Interface unit is a communication device with external units such as sequencer, display, setting PC, printer, etc.
- The GSK system can display information related to tightening control, such as setting data and tightening results, by connecting a computer to the IF unit.
- Compatible with various fieldbuses using ANYBUS.
The interface unit has communication functions for 1 to 30 axes of single-axis and multi-axis controllers, and one unit is installed in each set. (Two units are required if there are 31 or more axes.)
- By connecting a dedicated printer, you can check tightening result data without connecting to a computer.
■Controller unit
・Tightening torque accuracy 3σ±2%
- Newly added screw abnormality/seizure determination using waveform integral calculation.
・For high reliability, check the torque sensor and reduction section before starting each tightening.
- Rotation speed and torque control can be set in a program to easily perform a variety of tightening patterns.
・There are two ways to set the tightening program: the setting PC or the controller front panel.
・Cost performance can be improved by using GSKW (2-axis specification controller) for low torque parts.
