Recognizes holes from 3D data and outputs hole diameter and coordinates. By registering a master workpiece with hole diameters and coordinates in advance, inspection can be performed to compare the hole diameters and hole coordinates of mass-produced workpieces.
■Inventory confirmation function (standard function)
By counting the number of points in the specified area of 3D data (point cloud data) and comparing it with the number of points in the area of the master work specified in advance, it is possible to inspect the presence of parts in mass-produced workpieces. Masu.

The L-QUALIFY manifold inspection package uses Linkwith's unique 3D processing technology to automate geometric tolerance inspection, which was previously difficult.
