About This Product

This product is a WS2 spray that creates an oil-free, completely dry coating film that was developed to partially replace WS2 coating.

■Product features

・Contains a high concentration of WS2 (contains no oil, grease, or other solid lubricants) ・Fast drying with formulation (binder) developed for this product ・100% demonstration of the unique performance of WS2 as a solid lubricant ・Significantly lower cost than WS2 coating ・Since it is a spray type, the application work is clean and easy. ・Even if the solid lubricant film peels off or wears out, it can be easily repaired by respraying. - Commercialized with development support from a public testing and research organization (patent application 2021-121701).

■Main uses

Anti-seizure, high-temperature lubrication, mold release agent, initial wear prevention, assembly (prevention of galling, reduction of nudging operation time), lubrication for plastic processing (tapping drawing, deep drawing drawing), lubrication for low-speed motion (stick-slip), maintenance It can be used for a variety of purposes, including load reduction and emergency lubrication (for factory maintenance personnel's pockets). Particularly significant effects can be expected under extreme environmental conditions such as in a vacuum, high temperature, and high surface pressure. Can be used up to 400-500℃ even in the atmosphere. It also eliminates the problem of oil and grease that drips or scatters and pollutes the environment, and there is no need to treat waste liquids like waste oil and grease. The time required for vacuuming is also significantly reduced.
