■Features of the Newark system
・Cleans the ink roll automatically (with one button) within 3 minutes.
・The amount of solvent used is 1/2 that of conventional products, allowing for cleaning in a short time.
・Whether it is a multi-color machine or a single-color machine, cleaning can be completed within 3 minutes.
・Since a rotating nozzle is used, there is no need to worry about solvent leakage.
- With the Newark system, there is no need to worry about doctor-backed ink after cleaning.
■Structure of Newark system
・Roll to doctor method. Small-diameter roll-to-doctor system enables high-speed cleaning
・This is a method in which a small diameter (50~60°) metal roll (hard chrome plated) with a doctor roll set with Swedish steel is attached to and detached from the ink mixing roller.
・Since the doctor blade is not applied directly to the roll, the roll will not be damaged.
- There is no set-off on the doctor blade after cleaning.
- Uses thin metal rolls, so cleaning is very quick.
・Since the doctor blade is not made of rubber, it is not affected by cleaning solvents.
・Since the doctor blade is not made of rubber, it will need to be replaced less frequently.
- There is no need to remove and wash the saucer each time you wash it.
■Control panel section. Uses a small touch panel to save space
-Using a touch panel makes timer settings easy and requires less installation space.
- An alarm will notify you if there is a lack of cleaning fluid or other abnormalities.
- Even multi-color machines can be controlled with a single touch panel.
- You can freely set the timer for the solvent spout time and stop time.
- Automatically controls the ON/OFF timing of the doctor roll.
- For multi-color machines, it is convenient to install a mobile touch panel operation panel (optional).
■Solvent tank section. Adopts a 18ℓ stainless steel air pressurized tank.
・Since a motor pump is not used to deliver the cleaning solvent, there will be no malfunction.
・Since it is made of stainless steel, there is no need to worry about corrosion.
-Uses a particulate filter to prevent clogging of the nozzle.
・Completely sealed type, so there is no risk of solvent evaporation or ignition.
- Has a structure that allows you to see the tank content and comes with a capacity sensor.
