About This Product
■What is Tycast?
This is another technological innovation for printing presses that Techno Roll proposes with the aim of reducing total costs. This has made it possible to shorten preparation time, improve quality, stabilize quality, simplify work, improve yield, and reduce consumables costs. It consists of nine types of technical elements. (As of April 2007) You can choose from 9 types of technical elements according to your situation and purpose.

Functions and effects of Tycas. Each of the nine types of devices used in Tycast provides the following functions.
■Reducing preparation time and making work easier
- Automatically cleans the ink fountain within 3 minutes (Tycast ink fountain)
・Cleans all rollers including fountain rollers in 3 minutes (Newark system)
・Set up the next version data during cleaning (barcode management system)
- Eliminates the need for water adjustment (air knife system)
■Improvement and stability of quality
・Ink amount adjustment is done using a divided call roller with excellent accuracy and reproducibility (QRD system)
・Defects caused by hickeys and ghosts are significantly reduced (Hickey Sweeper, Self Swinger)
- Eliminates the need for water adjustment and eliminates overemulsification stains (air knife system)
