Adhesive rubber roller to remove dust and static electricity. Dust buildup causes huge losses in all industries. "Clean Dash" is a sticky rubber roller that achieves efficient dust removal without damaging products. We offer a variety of products for removing dust from steel plates to 2μm films. "Clean Dash E" with static electricity neutralization function is also available.
The clean dash roller comes into direct contact with the workpiece to remove dust and foreign matter. Adhesion of dust causes major losses in terms of quality, delivery times, re-inspections, and increased costs. We will suggest the most suitable roller for your application depending on the type of workpiece and foreign material.
The static electricity neutralizing fiber ``Soldion'' is incorporated into Clean Dash. Unlike other dielectric materials, Soldion has high static electricity removal ability and is effective for removing dust from plastic films and film-laminated papers.
