About This Product

Revolutionary ultra-thin sleeve cover for both Molton and continuous water supply (patented) *Currently only available in sizes 4.5.6.9.19. The Water Sleeve is an offset printing water roller cover with a new concept that has never existed before. As a replacement for Molton, it can be used for both purposes as a continuous water supply roller cover material.

■For the Morton method

This solves all the problems of Molton, such as fuzz, dust, creases, Molton marks, ink stains, slow response, and the inability to wash on-machine.

■For continuous water supply type

No alcohol is required, which reduces costs, eliminates odors, and eliminates regulatory concerns. It suppresses the rain phenomenon (rib marks), eliminates water ghosts, and increases ink density.

■Features of water sleeve

・Made of a thin and strong cylindrical fabric with extremely fine weave. Therefore, there is no rain phenomenon. It's easy to handle, doesn't lint, has a long lifespan, and is economical. - When water is applied, it shrinks and fits the rubber roller. The grain is fine and the grain does not show. ・Water drains well without ink stains and emulsification, improving mesh opening and ink adhesion. ・Response for adjustment is quick, reducing wear and tear. ・IPA is not required even with continuous water supply type. ・Please use in combination with Super Rinse Stamper. The effect will be doubled.
