About This Product
This is a special coating roll developed in Germany in order to respond to recent environmentally friendly printing environments and short-run jobs. By applying a special coating to the rubber surface, we take advantage of its water-repellent properties and use a different adjustment method than ordinary rubber rolls to achieve outstanding water stability with non-alcoholic printing. It has high resistance to various materials and excellent dimensional stability. The lifespan is more than double that of conventional rubber rolls. (Patent pending)
Velodump-LT reduces environmental impact by reducing organic solvent usage and VOC emissions.
Specially coated water-repellent roller that forms a uniform and thin film thickness. Special surface treatment has a lifespan more than twice that of conventional rubber. Swelling and shrinkage are less likely to occur, so nip adjustment is almost unnecessary.
