About This Product

TRUST Lambda is a special resin material for dual-purpose water supply rolls that is compatible with general/high-sensitivity UV printing and oil-based printing materials. In recent years, printing materials for energy-saving UV printing systems have become popular, and materials have been upgraded to be compatible with energy-saving UV printing systems. Its special feature is that it is difficult to swell and extract from the latest printing materials, resulting in small changes in hardness and excellent roll dimensional stability. In addition, because it has moderate hydrophilic properties, it is possible to transfer a thin water film to the printing plate, resulting in good halftone reproducibility and sharp printing. TRUST LAMBDA/TRUST ZETA-D is a special resin material that has been modified from TRUST ZETA for continuous water supply and is designed to have excellent hydrophilicity and less swelling and extraction.

■ Designed to resist swelling even with the latest UV inks, and nip fluctuations are small.

It has excellent resistance to high-sensitivity UV inks used in power-saving UV lamps and UV inks for high adhesion to films.

■Easy to control with thin water film

The water film thickness can be controlled extremely uniformly, suppressing overemulsification.

■High physical properties

It is resistant to slipping on the printing plate and prevents the roller from being scratched.
