About This Product

■Summary

■Ultimate cleanability with complete pocketless technology solves problems on production lines

By integrating the tube body (connection part) with the piping connection packing and eliminating any internal parts, we have achieved a completely pocket-free design. Its structure greatly reduces cleaning time. It is used in sanitary equipment for manufacturing food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, etc.

■Heat resistance test data (valve pressure resistance)

Heat resistance tests during high temperature water sterilization and steam sterilization were conducted under the following conditions. A heat resistance test was conducted by repeatedly running the valve open for 10 minutes and closed for 10 seconds by flowing 95℃ high-temperature water or 132℃ steam.

■Valve open/close status: Valve closed /Temperature parameters: 95℃ hot water
