By integrating the tube body (connection part) with the piping connection packing and eliminating any internal parts, we have achieved a completely pocket-free design. Its structure greatly reduces cleaning time. It is used in sanitary equipment for manufacturing food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, etc.
■Heat resistance test data (valve pressure resistance)
Heat resistance tests during high temperature water sterilization and steam sterilization were conducted under the following conditions.
A heat resistance test was conducted by repeatedly running the valve open for 10 minutes and closed for 10 seconds by flowing 95℃ high-temperature water or 132℃ steam.
■Valve open/close status: Valve closed /Temperature parameters: 95℃ hot water
0.45Mpa
■Valve open/close status: Valve closed/Temperature parameters: 132℃ steam
0.20Mpa
■Valve open/close status: Valve open/Temperature parameters: 95℃ hot water
0.35Mpa
■Valve open/close status: Valve open/Temperature parameters: 132℃ steam
