Shelprom is a device that uses high-magnetic magnets to change the falling curve of products and foreign matter contained within them, and to sort them out. Conventionally, a belt type was used, but this Shelprom is a sorting machine that completely overcomes the disadvantages of the belt type by using a stainless steel cylinder for the belt part that comes into contact with the products. The built-in magnet is half-moon shaped and has high temperature specifications that can withstand products up to 80℃.
■Characteristics of Shellprom
・Selects and removes iron pieces, weakly magnetic foreign objects, broken pieces of stainless steel, stones containing iron oxide, mud, insect droppings, etc.
・Can be operated continuously for long periods of time.
