Unlike conventional vibrating sieving machines, this machine uses two vibrating motors to generate strong vertical vibrations for sieving.
Strong vertical vibration was added to the normal gravity fall. We have succeeded in adding "disintegration" and "dispersion classification effect" to the sieving function. This makes it effective for classifying fine powder, oil, and sticky powder. It is possible to sieve with fine openings without clogging without using tapping balls or ultrasonic waves.
The advantage is that there is less damage to the screen than the ultrasonic type, and running costs are also lower.
