About This Product

■Overview of FS High Shifter (Neo)

Screen replacement also uses a sandwich method, so there is no need to worry about contamination as there is no need to use a rubber screen.

■FS high shifter realizes “amazing longitudinal vibration,” “crushing,” and “dispersion classification.”

Unlike conventional vibrating sieving machines, this machine uses two vibrating motors to generate strong vertical vibrations for sieving. Strong vertical vibration was added to the normal gravity fall. We have succeeded in adding "disintegration" and "dispersion classification effect" to the sieving function. This makes it effective for classifying fine powder, oil, and sticky powder. It is possible to sieve with fine openings without clogging without using tapping balls or ultrasonic waves. The advantage is that there is less damage to the screen than the ultrasonic type, and running costs are also lower.

・Improved vertical amplitude, 2 to 3 times that of conventional models. (Our comparison) -Inner frame installation is swing bolt type. (Conventional product: horizontal tightening band type) ・The product screen is a sandwich type, making it easy to replace the wire mesh. -Reinforcement screen: Bonded cassette type (seam welding is also possible) -Reduced running costs (replacing only the product screen) ・SUS screen (wire mesh) ・Nylon screen is also available. ・No need to worry about contamination as there is no need for rubber netting. - Ideal for classification, foreign matter removal, and liquid filtration. - Small space design allows inline operation. - Can be moved using casters with adjuster feet. - Standard specification with an inspection port on the lid.
