About This Product
■It detects metal pieces of ferrous, non-ferrous metals, and non-magnetic metals from free-falling bulk materials and automatically discharges them.
The free-fall metal detector, RG type, removes ferrous and non-ferrous metal pieces (iron, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.) from naturally falling bulk materials. It automatically adjusts the optimal sensitivity for each product, removes foreign substances with a quick flap method, and can be washed with water, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
■Features of RG type
・With high sensitivity, it can detect and remove not only iron and stainless steel, but also non-magnetic metals such as aluminum, brass, and copper wire.
・The discharge mechanism uses an air-driven quick flap/bucket system to reliably remove foreign objects.
- Designed for easy disassembly and assembly, and can be cleaned with compressed air/water.
・The detection part and control part meet IP65 dustproof and waterproof structure.
- Sensitivity adjustment is set automatically. Anyone can easily adjust to the optimal sensitivity. *Optional settings can also be made manually.
・If only the detection part is used, it can be installed diagonally.
