About This Product
■Removes ferrous and non-ferrous metal pieces from naturally falling bulk materials.
The free-fall metal detector RAPID COMPACT removes ferrous and non-ferrous metal pieces (iron, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.) from free-falling bulk materials. Metal contaminants (even if they are contained within the granular material) are reliably ejected by the specially designed evacuation flap “Quick Flap System”.
■Features of RAPID COMPACT
- Installed under raw material hoppers, rotary valves, quantitative feeders, etc., to support natural falling raw material lines.
- Comes with a foreign matter ejection rejector, and has a compact design that is about the same size as an Itto can.
・By adopting the "Quick Flap System", high-speed discharge is possible and the loss of good products during metal detection is minimized.
Proven raw materials
■Food
・Grains [soybeans, adzuki beans, coffee beans, soba, sesame, cereals, etc.]
・Dried foods [dried vegetables, dried seaweed, dried hijiki, etc.]
・Furikake, ramen soup, tea, black tea, herbs, herbal medicine ingredients, etc.
■Chemistry
Rubber, plastic, resin, inorganic materials, ceramics, battery materials, etc.
■Can be used without malfunction even in the following installation locations
・Flui exit
・Bucket conveyor exit
■Notes
-The size of RC-50 and RC-70 is almost the same as an Itto can.
・Be sure to use an air regulator as the removal device.
