Features of Kest-Lock

■High work efficiency and high hygiene connections that change the way sanitary piping works

When connecting conventional sanitary ferrule pipes, it took time and effort to sandwich the ferrules between the ferrules with packing and then clamp them, which resulted in problems such as falling of the packing and difficulty in connection work. Kest-Lock solves such problems. Set Kest-Lock in advance on one side of the pipe to be connected. The packing can also be installed inside it, reducing the risk of the packing falling and making it easy to connect the ferrule. We provide a smart and hygienic connection environment.

■Attach Kest-Lock in just 10 seconds with one hand

1. Loosen the screw and insert a standard ferrule packing (no collar). 2. Push the ferrule piping into the snap ring. 3. Tighten the ball screw firmly. 4. Installation is completed in 10 seconds with one hand.

■The tank flange has an optimal structure that eliminates dead parts inside the tank.

The Kest-Lock tank flange has a curved surface on the inside of the tank and the overall length has been shortened to the absolute minimum, so there is extremely little dead space, making it an optimal structure for automatic tank cleaning (CIP/SIP), etc. Masu.

■Compatible with sanitary piping of various standards

Kest-Lock can be used in standard piping used in the pharmaceutical and food industries. IDF (JAPAN STANDARD) ・ASTM A269 / A270・DIN 11850・ISO1127・ISO2852・SMS3008
