About This Product

A new idea station that solves everything OKTOMAT (R) from HELIOS (Germany) makes it possible to automatically and efficiently discharge the entire amount of raw materials from large raw material storage bags such as flexible containers and octabins. This is a station created from a completely new idea. Conventionally, the common methods for discharging raw materials from flexible containers, etc. have been manual work using suction nozzles, lifting work using hoist cranes that involve working at heights, and the use of large machines. However, each type of work has its own weaknesses, such as manual work requiring long hours of restraint and physical strain on workers, hoist work involving safety issues, and large machinery requiring equipment costs. Ta. "OKTOMAT (R)" was developed to solve these problems. With "OKTOMAT (R)", it is possible to solve all the problems that conventional stations had.

■Increase work efficiency and save space at a reasonable price OKTOMAT (R) ECO

A new reasonable type with lower installation costs is now available in the cantilever type OKTOMAT (R) series. It is a raw material discharge system that enables total cost reduction while retaining its labor-saving features.

■Standard specifications

1) Height adjustable. (4 stages) 2) Stainless steel lifting ring (φ600mm) * φ400mm and φ260mm can be selected as options. 3) Lifting ring lifting force can be adjusted up to 150kg. 4) Standard suction head S38 or S50 SUS304 equivalent / Piping diameter: 38/50 mm 5) Stroke length 1,000mm
