A new idea station that solves everything OKTOMAT (R) from HELIOS (Germany) makes it possible to automatically and efficiently discharge the entire amount of raw materials from large raw material storage bags such as flexible containers and octabins. This is a station created from a completely new idea. Conventionally, the common methods for discharging raw materials from flexible containers, etc. have been manual work using suction nozzles, lifting work using hoist cranes that involve working at heights, and the use of large machines. However, each type of work has its own weaknesses, such as manual work requiring long hours of restraint and physical strain on workers, hoist work involving safety issues, and large machinery requiring equipment costs. Ta. "OKTOMAT (R)" was developed to solve these problems. With "OKTOMAT (R)", it is possible to solve all the problems that conventional stations had.

OKTOMAT (R) SOS INOX made of stainless steel. It was created for the pharmaceutical and food industries, which require high sanitary properties such as cleanability. *Specifications are the same as OKTOMAT (R) SOS.

1) Enamelled steel column with adjustable height (7 levels) 2) Pneumatic cylinder with infinitely adjustable bag lifting force 3) Standard suction head “S type” -Equivalent to SUS304 -With vibration function -Pipe diameter: 38/50 mm 4) Polyurethane transport hose 5) Sky detection (LED display) 6) Bag lifting device ideal for clean environments & stainless steel specification
