■Features
Ideal for picking work in warehouses, it can lift and transport a variety of products. It is useful for transferring items between pallets, taking products from shelves, and taking items from conveyors and cargo.
Luggage that used to be handled by two people can now be handled by one person, resulting in labor savings. Additionally, since it lifts heavy objects using vacuum power, it helps prevent back pain for workers. We offer a lineup with payloads ranging from 40 to 80 kg, depending on the product being handled.
■Height adjustable from 0 to 500mm
The height can be adjusted from 0 to 500 mm depending on the work site. It is electrically operated and can be easily operated. Even in locations where the rack frame and arm may interfere with each other, or where there are height restrictions, you can change the height to any desired height.
■Built-in vacuum pump and battery
An all-in-one unit is realized by incorporating the vacuum pump and battery as the driving source. The cordless design eliminates the need for power cables or vacuum piping, allowing it to be used anywhere.
■The adjuster is fixed during operation for peace of mind.
When in operation, the adjuster bolt descends as the pump operates, allowing for stable loading operations. It also helps prevent errors such as losing balance and falling.
■It is also possible to insert and remove narrow racks.
It may be difficult to suction the top of the load in places where the height of the rack is restricted. In such situations, the Easy Reach tool comes in handy. By extending the end of the arm, you can easily handle items in areas that are difficult to reach from the top.
