About This Product

■What is electronic wire?

Elecon electric wire is a cold- and heat-resistant (-30℃ to +180℃) electric wire insulated with a mechanically strong silicone rubber mixture (hereinafter referred to as silicone rubber), and is a product name of Ishikawa Tokushu Electric Wire Co., Ltd. .

■Solving problems all at once

Conventional silicone rubber insulated wires are reinforced by braiding glass fibers onto the insulator, as the silicone rubber used for the insulation is mechanically extremely weak, and is standardized as silicone rubber insulated glass braided wires. However, glass braiding inevitably creates a number of problems in its use. The problems were solved all at once, and the basic properties of silicone rubber were fully maintained.

■Use of electronic electric wires

Elecon wire has the following advantages compared to traditional silicone rubber insulated glass braided wire: ・Stripping is easy and the finish is beautiful. ・Less wear and tear on the wire stripper. ・There is no irritation such as heat rash on the skin of workers due to glass fiber. ・Frayed terminals are unnecessary. ・The above advantages improve work efficiency and drastically eliminate problems in labor management.
