About This Product

The IP1 series is a power regulator that has a high packaging density and low cost due to its miniaturization. The control method supports on/off control using digital input signals, as well as cycle control and phase control using analog input signals and external volume. We respond to diversifying AC control with optimal control.

■Features

・Achieved slim width of 21.5mm. (15A /25A types have the same external dimensions) - Built-in output protection element minimizes malfunctions and failures caused by external surges. - Close mounting is possible by using connectors. ・Safety design with terminal protection cover. ・Can be mounted on DIN rail with one touch. ・The lineup includes zero cross control (IP1-S), cycle control (IP1-C), and phase control (IP1-PW). ・It is possible to notify failures on the output side using LEDs and alarm signals. (IP1-S) - Built-in element failure detection and load disconnection detection functions. (IP1-S) - Built-in soft up/down function. (IP1-C/PW) ・Linear power output from input signal. (IP1-C/PW) ・Frequency automatic discrimination function. ・Overseas safety standards: UL/C-UL certified product.

■IP1-S type (zero cross control method)

CT (current sensor) is often used to detect SSR failures and heater disconnections, but if you make good use of the "IP1-S series", you can eliminate SSR open failures, short circuit failures, and heater disconnections without the need for a CT. Disconnections, etc. can be detected. It notifies you of abnormalities with alarm signals and LEDs, allowing you to shut off load circuits and manage the safety of the entire system.

■IP1-C type (cycle control method)

A cycle control power regulator reads the input instruction value for each AC cycle and determines whether to turn that cycle on or off. For this reason, we have achieved the contradictory characteristics of high-speed input response and control without leaving any errors even when the input indicated value changes. In addition, since we do not use a time division method (for example, turning on the power several times in 100 cycles), it is possible to achieve extremely uniform control despite cycle control.

■IP1-PW type (phase control method)

A phase control type power regulator reads the input analog value every half cycle of AC and reflects it in that cycle. (It has very excellent response characteristics)
