■Special features
・Uses paper back filter and HEPA filter, can be used in clean rooms
・Primary filter (suction side) The three-dimensional paper back filter has a nested structure of three types: large, medium, and small. This allows for a high level of collection and ``containment'' of fine dust, and further reduces wear and tear on the secondary HEPA filter.
- Prevents unpleasant re-scattering from the suction port that occurs when removing the paper bag filter, and ``contains'' fine dust.
・Paper back filter collection rate: 99% or more at 0.3 μm
・HEPA filter collection rate: 99.97% or more at 0.3μm
