About This Product
■Summary
Our micro drills are available in luma types with different diameters and shank diameters. Even with a thin drill, the chuck has a higher holding force, dramatically improving accuracy and efficiency. The tip of the drill has a spiral shape of the highest standard. This maintains higher straightness than conventional two-stage surface grinding, resulting in extremely high positional and diameter accuracy for drilling. High work efficiency is achieved by reducing frictional resistance during high-speed rotation, and the lifespan is approximately 50% longer than conventional drills.
Suitable for highly hard stainless steel, titanium alloy, etc.
■Coating
Three types of coatings can be ordered. By selecting the appropriate coating, you can not only improve wear resistance but also adapt to high temperature and wet or dry cutting environments.
