About This Product

■Minute foreign matter samples for fuel cells and film X-ray inspection

In order to prevent internal short circuits from occurring in lithium-ion batteries, the electrodes and separators are inspected for metal foreign matter. Our company manufactures microscopic foreign object samples for calibration for foreign object inspection. It can be used as a test piece that can pick up foreign matter on the order of tens of microns in diameter.

■Features

・Minimum foreign material sample size: Φ10μm ・Maximum plate thickness: t30µm ・Maximum work size: 50mm x 50mm ・Samples can be picked up and fixed with adhesive depending on handling. ・The shape will be processed according to the customer's request. ・Low damage processing due to extremely low acceleration voltage ・Dimensions guaranteed by SEM measurement calibrated with standard scale

■Product processing example

Measurements are performed using a thoroughly calibrated and controlled electron microscope (SEM) with a measurement accuracy of ±1 µm.
