About This Product

■ Finish holes smoothly with good precision to provide high-quality products

It is used to restrict light and fluid, and to control flow rate. Apertures used as apertures for electron beams and ion beams require not only high-quality holes, but also smooth surfaces and clean finishes to prevent beam disturbances caused by charging.

■Features

・Deep hole machining of ultra-fine holes is possible. (Example: Hole diameter Φ0.003mm Thickness 0.010mm) ・Minimum hole diameter starts from Φ0.003mm. - Materials such as SUS, Mo, Ta, etc. are available upon request.

■Product processing example

The hole, which is the key point of the aperture, is finished smoothly with good precision. We also use various processing methods such as laser and FIB depending on the hole specifications.
