■High-definition coating achieved by small-diameter hole machining and high-quality inner wall finishing

The nozzle for an inkjet head is one of the important elements that determines the quality of printing (coating), such as high definition and clarity. The shape and diameter of the nozzle hole, the finish of the inner wall surface of the hole and the hole edge, etc. greatly affect the amount of ink droplets and positional accuracy (landing accuracy). We support the production of inkjet nozzles that respond to customer needs by responding to various nozzle hole shapes and solving customer problems.

Our company manufactures nozzles for inkjet heads for industrial use. The following points are important in order for the nozzles of inkjet heads used for various coatings to emit small droplets (droplets).

■Points

・It must be small in diameter. In the case of a round hole, the shape must be close to a perfect circle. ・The inner wall surface of the hole must be smooth to prevent ink clogging and dripping. ・When machining a large number of holes, there should be little variation in hole diameter and high hole position and pitch accuracy. At our company, we manufacture nozzles that achieve high quality and high definition according to customer requests, and their features are listed below.

- Machining small diameter holes that allow high-definition coating (minimum hole diameter: Φ0.1μm) ・Achieves processing accuracy on the submicron order ・The inner wall surface of the hole is made smooth with nano-order surface roughness. - Sharply finished hole edges ・Customize the cross-sectional shape according to customer requests, such as straight, tapered, or a combination of straight and tapered. ・Can process difficult-to-cut materials (e.g. tantalum, invar, molybdenum) and brittle materials (e.g. ceramics, glass, cemented carbide) with high precision. ・Customization of narrow pitch and hole arrangement ・Hole position accuracy and pitch accuracy on the submicron order ・We can also process shapes other than round, such as slits (elongated holes).

■Applications

For industrial inkjet heads In addition to high-precision processing, we carry out strict quality control by performing precision cleaning in a clean room, visual inspection and dimensional measurement using high-precision equipment.
