About This Product

K-PEN is a pencil type probe with a delay line tip diameter of φ1.65 and 2.29mm. Please use it for wall thickness measurement and flaw detection of thin materials with curvature such as turbine blades. Transducer diameter: 3.175mm (0.125"), and there are two types of frequencies: 20MHz and 7.5MHz. Select 20MHz when connecting to a thickness gauge. The contact tip has an extremely small diameter, so it will not corrode pipes, etc. It is also possible to directly measure the remaining wall thickness by applying it to the bottom of the part (DMS2, CL304, USD15).
